Start by clicking Find Your Furniture and moving through the Ordering Wizard. This helps narrow down the right furnishings for your lease length, housing type, and overall living needs, while making the process feel simple from the first step. Domain puts you in the driver’s seat to get a tailored solution that fits your situation.
What if I don’t know what I want?
We have an option for that too! Select I’m not sure in the Ordering Wizard and we’ll take it from there. We have extensive experience on all things rental furniture. You are in great hands.
Review, Confirm, and Schedule
After your selections are submitted, the Domain team follows up to confirm the details of your order, coordinate payment, and schedule delivery. You can sit back and relax while Domain takes care of everything. We are here to make this as convenient as possible!
White-Glove Delivery and Setup
This is the moment the experience becomes effortless. Domain delivers the furniture to the home, brings everything inside, places it where it belongs, and handles the setup so the space feels ready right away. Instead of dealing with boxes, tools, lifting, or logistics, you get to walk into a furnished home that feels finished.
Enjoy Your Space With Flexible Options
Once everything is in place, you can simply settle in and enjoy a home that feels comfortable from day one. Reach out to our team with any questions you may have. Domain’s lease is written for you to extend on a month-to-month basis; the flexibility is yours.
Extend or Schedule Pickup
When you are ready to schedule your pickup, please contact our orders@domainrf.com email and we will happily take care of that for you. All that we ask is a minimum 15 days prior notice to allow us time to coordinate our delivery schedule. We appreciate your understanding. Once pickup is complete, it is as easy as delivery, no heavy lifting or packing, Domain takes care of everything!

How do I get started?
Click “Find my Furniture” to bring up our ordering wizard and follow the steps. We will get back to you to confirm your delivery and coordinate payment. Once done, sit back and let us handle everything for you!
Are the products brand new?
Many of the products delivered are brand new. However, if an item is not brand new, it has been inspected, sanitized, and delivered in like-new condition
Minimum lease term
The shortest lease term offered is 3 months. Staging quotes are offered shorter than 3 months. Please contact us for info!
What if I need to extend my lease?
No problem! After completing your initial lease term, you will be placed on a month-to-month lease. Your lease will continue until proper notice (by email or phone) is given. 15 days’ notice is required to end your lease. The day of pickup will be the final day of your lease.
Lease term and commitments
By selecting and signing a specific lease term you will be obligated to those terms. Early termination penalties will apply if pickup is sooner than the signed lease.
Will there be a credit check
Yes, Domain will run a soft credit check that will not affect your credit score.
Substitutions
Domain reserves the right to substitute pieces if an item is out of stock. All substitutions will be made with similar-level products or upgraded products. We appreciate your understanding of this process.
Do you have a showroom?
To minimize costs to our customers Domain is not currently offering a showroom to visit. Please let us know if additional info/pictures need to be provided to complete your order. We’re happy to help!
